Canopy Dynamics is led by Mike Byrne, who brings hands-on experience across the North American drone, agriculture, and technology sectors.

Mike’s background includes business development, customer education, dealer support, field-operations planning, and practical workflow design for drone-enabled operations. His work in the agricultural drone industry gave him direct exposure to the realities of adopting new technology, including equipment decisions, customer objections, compliance conversations, field logistics, and the challenge of turning technical capability into clear business value.

That experience now informs Canopy Dynamics’ work in forestry and land-management analytics.

The goal is simple: help teams understand what drone-AI analytics can actually do, where it fits, and how to evaluate the right use cases before committing time, budget, or operational resources.
